Claire is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specializing in trauma-informed psychotherapy. As a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and a fully trained EMDR therapist, she integrates nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and evidence-based trauma processing to support lasting healing. ​

Claire’s clinical work centers on developmental trauma, intergenerational trauma, attachment disruptions, inner child work, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and self-identity difficulties. With a background in medical research at McGill University and lived experience as a first-generation immigrant and mother of three, Claire brings both scientific depth and cultural sensitivity to her work. She is dedicated to support international students, immigrants, professionals, couples, and families navigating academic and career stress, complex identity, relational, and transitional challenges. ​

Claire works with individuals (16+), couples, and families. She provides both in-person and online sessions from Tuesdays to Saturdays. She also facilitates weekly practice groups to provide additional support for her clients and to benefit the broader community. Claire is an approved provider for ICBC and Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). ​

Claire approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for each client’s unique story. She believes healing unfolds within safe and attuned relationships and feels honored to walk alongside her clients as they rediscover their inner strength, resilience, and capacity for meaningful transformation.
